| Laser Warranty
Details
Our laser
systems use the highest quality components for the price / performance ratio.
All laser systems come with a full 12 month return to base warranty from the
original date of purchase, which covers electronics, electromechanical
components and enclosures, except for the components which are listed below,
which carry limited warranties.
All our 400mW and
600mW Laser Systems come with a 10,000 Hour / 1 Year Warranty on the laser
source, which ever comes first ( this is subject to availability of specific
laser heads ).
The limited warranties
apply to the following components and are valid for 6 months:
Red
Diode Modules: 5, 20 and 50mW.
Green Solid State Modules: 5, 10, 20 and
30mW.
Argon Laser Heads 250mW .
30K High speed scanners used in our low
power Laser Animator Systems.
Laser Technique
reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty product and to substitute
any materials which may no longer be available with alternative parts. Charges
for shipping the laser to and from Laser Technique must be covered by the
customer. The warranty does not cover defects which may be the result of misuse
outside the specified operating conditions. Any non authorised attempts at
repairs or service of the product will void the warranty. |
